Genes

Genes is a peer-reviewed, open access journal of genetics and genomics published monthly online by MDPI. The Spanish Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (SEBBM) is affiliated with Genes and their members receive discounts on the article processing charges.

High Visibility: indexed within Scopus, SCIE (Web of Science), PubMed, MEDLINE, PMC, Embase, AGRIOLA, and many other databases. Rapid Publication: manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision provided to authors approximately 19.3 days after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 2.4 days (median values for papers published in this journal in the second half of 2021).Impact Factor: 4.096 (2020) ; 5-Year Impact Factor: 4.339 (2020)
