Students must be currently-enrolled full-time students in an accredited university graduate or undergraduate program with a current student ID. They must send a justification or their status and present a current university student identification card for the registration at the conference desk when requested. The registration includes: Welcome Reception, Proceedings, Entry to all Scientific Meetings,Lunches, Coffee Breaks.

Necessary fee when an author presents several papers. Proceedings are included. If the same author presents several papers, a publication fee is due for each supplementary paper.
Authors of accepted Full paper contributions must register before the deadline for final fullpaper submissio to LNBI. Their payment must be received by this date. The registration, is mandatory for the publication in the LNBI proceedings. One author registration will guarantee the publication of at most one accepted paper. The Supplementary Rate registration must be paid when an author presents several papers. The deadline to cancel a registration, with the possibility to reimbursement is two months before the Conference.

Fill the required information in the online form. Please, if the registration is related to an accepted contribution, DO NOT forget to indicate its Submission Number (in the field Remarks). Also, you can write the title in the "Remarks" box.
A limited number of rooms are available at the IWBBIO venue, the Hotel Lopesan Villa del Conde (5-star hotel), for which a special rate is available for early registration. The price (bed and breakfast) for a single room is 110 EUR and for a double room 160 EUR.
